Your comments and suggestions are very important to us. Please note that we do not now nor have we ever had a free sample program offering a 14 day free trial of any kind. We feel there are too many problems for customers in these programs and have had too many negative feedbacks on companies who offer these. Our customers are way too valuable to us to take any chances of a negative relationship to form from many of the drawbacks of these programs. Due to the overwhelming amount of phone calls and emails wrongly placed and sent to us regarding these programs we can no longer respond to phone calls or emails of this nature as you are not a customer of ours and we truly cannot help you with a contractual agreement between you and another company.

If you have signed up for such a program or have billing issues with one please contact the company or web site with which you initiated this program. We cannot help you in this pursuit as we do not own and/or control each and every company or website that sells Hydroderm.
